ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are final once placed. Due to the sanitary nature of beauty products, lash supplies, adhesives, and related items, orders cannot be modified, changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged after checkout.

Wink Parlor LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, inventory errors, or pricing inaccuracies.

SHIPPING

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Wink Parlor LLC is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Weather-related shipping delays

• Delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly regarding lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened, used, or unopened products.

Refunds or replacements may only be issued if:

• The incorrect item was received

• The item arrives damaged due to a fulfillment error

Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the product and packaging.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By placing an order with Wink Parlor LLC, you agree to contact us first at winkparlorcs@gmail.com to resolve any issue regarding your order.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Wink Parlor LLC reserves the right to:

• Provide supporting documentation to dispute chargebacks

• Recover funds associated with fraudulent disputes

• Refuse future purchases from customers who engage in excessive or fraudulent chargebacks
